"Amazing location and amazing hospitality. AC was good. Facility is clean. Great cappuccino for in the morning which are served. rooms cleaned every day with new towels. Michael was very accommodating and reached out to me the day before check in. "Dans le centre parfais pour visiter à pied. Il y a un ascenseur, la chambre a des fenêtres qui n'ouvre pas sur l'extérieur mais sur un intérieur genre puit. La chambre est petite mais munis de tout le nécessaire. Réfrigérateur, assiettes etc. Bon rapport qualité-prix."

"B&B located in "new city" near the old town. Every so often I stay in a place where the owners really understand what travelers need and have thoughtfully designed an experience to those needs: this is one of those places. Extremely well executed property: everything has been thought thru and they have what you need, including multiple kinds of shampoos, nespresso, direct USB outlets, etc. Heavy duty shades and good insulation made for a quiet and dark nights even on a lower floor of a building...

"This hotel is really close to Cefalu train station. The City Center is walkable. Everyone is friendly and food is decent. The only thing that I did not like was that I had to carry my luggages down a flight of stairs. I did not know that there is an elevator option, but someone from the inside has to open the door because the elevator is inside another building at the left side."

"Highly recommended! The experience is really amazing. From a typical southern Italy family, my friend appreciated the fab traditional decorations in the shared space once entering the living room. The room is spacious with two beds. The neighbourhood is quiet. Everything is clean and well equipped. Gabriele also suggested a very nice dinner place for us which was very delicious! We will be back when visiting Palermo again :) "

"It’s a little out of the area which could be good or bad lots of walking, The room was newly done and nice felt safe! A grocery and bakery very close and a couple nice restaurants an excellent pizza place around the corner!! A tiny bar across the street with the coldest cheapest beer and the guys were priceless!! So kind !! "

"The room we got was nice and spacious with a good size bathroom and a lovely balcony with great view. It was easy to deal with the manager, but we spoke italian. The area is a bit dodgy, and the street was quite noisy until about 2am on Friday. No shower gel or soap. Overall, good value for money, would recommend it."

"Excellent property in the heart of Palermo. I stayed here only for 1 night but their room was nice - not very spacious, but good enough for a single occupant. I loved the central area inside the hotel that's partially open to the sky. Nice place to sit and relax. The internet connection is good. Breakfast was good and staff at breakfast were prompt and welcoming. Their reception staff was a bit underprepared and i felt thry should not have asked for my credit card especially if i had slready paid in advance. The girl at the front desk told me in a jocular vein, "This is just for security. What if you run away?". I didnt know whether to laugh it off or to be disappointed. Maybe i should have adjed her, "What if you guys didn't live up to my expectations?" Would you give me a refund! Some silly policies they have which unfortunately makes an otherwise good stay bittersweet."

"The hotel is really “Grand” not just in name! From the moment we arrived with the porter helping , reception staff , breakfast staff and house staff smiling and offering to help it was exceptional. Our room had a balcony and was very quiet. Breakfast had so many options. The location is walkable to all the local sights. We enjoyed it so much! "
