"Fantastic hotel in the heart of the city. Walking distance to lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. Airport is not very far either. Our room was clean and spacious and the staff were professional and very helpful. There is free limited carparking outside the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Average hotel. Seems to be poorly managed. At check-in, we ask for 2 keys and we were told we could only get one. At check-out we were asked where the second key was. Breakfasts items are not replenished and were mostly empty when we were there. Elevator broke down and when fixed, there was no light inside it. There are bedside lamps so at night half of the room was dark. When we came into the room at first, locker was broken and needed to be reset. Just a very dysfunctional hotel."

"I had a beautiful room on a corner so I got lots of natural light. Wasn’t sure how to request to have my room made up but it was okay because I was only there for two nights. Location was a little far away from the Meydan. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Very nice hotel, we stayed in specious apartment overlooking the black see and mountain. the breakfast is tasty and has variety of traditional Turkish food, usually offered for breakfast, the location is the best think in this hotel, in the heart of the shopping area of Trabzon City. The staff speak English well and they were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for every budy. "

"Lovely stay with friends, great rooms - huge, spacious, good facilities and bathroom products. Great location in Trabzon, walking distance of djoos, gd douk, restaurants. Small negatives - i emailed twice before visiting and never got any response. For one dinner i had a half sized salad, nut hot charged full price 😕 Would definitely return. Thank you to everyone for a lovely stay. "
