"While I was there, water heater went out and door lock was very uncooperative. The host was responsive and got both replaced. The only other issue was that I stayed while temperatures outside reached over 100 degrees. Even with circulation fans, the A/C wasn't enough. Needs insulation. "

"Cute little place to stay that was affordable and near a local wedding venue. My only bit to improve upon is lighting the entrance for guests once the sun goes down. Otherwise it’s very quaint and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend going to visit The Giant Sequoia Park when visiting! "

"I usually travel with my best friend for my birthday weekend this year I wanted to make it a family trip to make memories with the grandbabies. This was a perfect place to do this. It is located at the top of the mountain so the view is amazing. Their is a game room that the grandbabies and all of us loved. Sunsets are amazing and the people around are so friendly. This I would say was the best trip and I'm excited to do it agian and we plan on booking this same cabin. Absolutely love this place"

"Lovely Craftsman house in Porterville. The living room and dining room are bigger then what the picture shows. The only draw back was no extra garage bags, no blow dryer and iron. Items we did not fly down with. It was great being able to walk to downtown to restaurants and coffee shops. Only 1/2 mile away. Would stay again!!"

"Conveniently located cabin California Hot Springs area of Sequoia. Near to cafe and convenience store — not to mention all the activities and beauty of Sequoia. One bedroom with a queen bed. Cozy living room with a wood-burning stove for heat augmented with electric space heaters. Efficiency kitchen, outdoor deck area overlooking stream. Friendly, attentive management. We had a great two day visit!"

"1. There were no trash bags in the bathroom trash cans. That's just gross. When you're putting Q tips, toilet paper from blowing your nose, feminine products, and other things in there, there should be bags to easily dump . 2. "It was quiet. The shower was big and beautiful but a normal showered would have been better. It has a square rain type shower head and little jet nozzle at the end but there did not work well for rinsing off the soap or washing hair. It was just a small guest house and pics made it look like a whole house. No kitchen area and very small coffee pot. Overall a nice place to stay."

"Property was great. Plenty of information throughout the house identifying what was what and how to do various things around the house. If i had to complain about something would be that some newer mattresses in the main house would be ideal. I might just be getting old though lol. Pete was super helpful accommodating us staying an extra day. 10/10 nice guy"
