"Beautiful region, comfortable and cozy setting and accommodation. They have a very nice and extensive breakfast. Expensive for what it is in comparison to other options in the area. We stayed at another hotel in the region that was half the cost with the same included details and a room that was slightly bigger."

Her next door neighbor called her daughter & I explained the situation. She told me that we would get aa refund.
