LUNALO' DOLOMITI DESIGN ECO APARTMENT

Designed for for people with a green attitude and love a contemporary style: LUNALO 'is a technological house, passive house, green, fossil free!
It produces more energy than it uses thanks to the habits of those who live it. Few precautions that even our guests can take for a stay in full harmony with the environment where we are: next to the Adamello Brenta Natural Park, at the bottom of Dolomiti di Brenta and in the middle between best spots like Madonna di Campiglio and North Lake Garda.
SMART-WORKING SPOT
Are you looking for a holiday and smart-holiday-working accommodation? LUNALO 'has dedicated 30Mbps connectivity and indoor and outdoor spaces where you can work, protected from sun and wind. In case of further needs (printing, massive and fast download / upload, business meeting) we can provide you with suitable spaces and tools a few kilometers from the residence.

SPACES
Contemporary eco-apartment, recommended for 2/3 adults or family with childrens. Bright with large windows, those of the room can be darkened. Exposure is south / north, with access to the garden to the north, sun protected private large balcony to the south where you can stay from breakfast to dinner, equipped with table and chairs. The apartment is located on the second floor, the main access is on the ground floor, via two stairs.
The building is newly built. It is a passive house, actually ACTIVE: we produce more energy than we use. The ecological footprint is significant in the choice not to use any fuel for heating and cooking, also for greater safety.

GARDEN, MEADOW AND WOODS
You can benefit from the products of the vegetables garden by asking Luigi, the "guardian of the garden": absolutely organic vegetables available to guests limited to seasonally and availability products of the moment.
You can also use spaces, lawn and wood at the back of the building, for simple relaxation, picnics, playing with childrens: from the backyard you can also take the panoramic path that leads to the medieval village of Iron. If you are lucky you can also see some harmless wild animals (roe and deer) that often come down to visit the garden!

Very nice Stay, Host and Apartment
Alles in allem einfach fantastisch. Die Wohnung ist wirklich super schön, sauber und Davide sowie Marry sind total nett und aufgeschlossen. Die beiden kennen sich in der Gegend bestens aus und haben uns ganz viele Tipps und Touren in der Gegend gegeben. Die Erstausstattung für Frühstuck und Obst etc. ist reichhaltig und üpig. Die beiden pflegen auch eine eigene onlinekarte mit POI. Ein Highlight ist es auch auf dem schönen Balkon mit Aussicht morgens seinen Kaffee zu trinken oder sein Abendessen zu genießen. Echt mega gut. Die Lage ist für Gardasee, Adamello sowie Brenta sehr zentral und man kann von dort, je nachdem wo das Wetter gerade mitspielt überall hin. Wir waren im Sommer dort und zumeist in Madonna di Campiglio, was ca. 30min. entfernt ist. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus zur Verfügung und die Unterkunft an sich auch sehr leicht zu finden. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und etwas abgelgen aber nicht zu sehr.

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen und für Ausflüge
Wir haben eine perfekt ausgestattete, sehr saubere Wohnung vorgefunden. Das Haus ist neu errichtet und bis ins Detail durchdacht gebaut. Die Lage ist ruhig, das Schlafzimmer ist nach hinten gelegen. Der Balkon ist sehr groß bemessen, ideal fürs draußen Essen. Durch die Lage in Nähe der Brenta- als auch der Adamellogruppe sowie einiger Seen eignet sich die Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für vielfältige Aktivitäten. Die Gastgeber Mary und Davide als auch deren Eltern sind sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Der Kühlschrank und die Wohnung war sehr lieb mit typischen regionalen Lebensmittels gefüllt. Und Davide hat Ideen und Empfehlungen wohl ohne Ende... Es war ein wirklich schöner Urlaub. Wenn man den großen Rummel eines Hotspots-Urlaubsorts nicht braucht oder eher entkommen möchte, dann ist man hier genau richtig. Von uns also eine absolute Empfehlung und ein herzliches Danlkeschön an Mary und Davide!

Appartement moderne et confortable. La terrasse est très agréable. Très calme. A mi chemin entre Madonna di Campiglio et Riva del Garda. Très bon accueil de Davide et Mary. Le frigo garni à l’arrivée est très appréciable.

We spent a really nice week in the Lunalo Eco Apartment in the end of August. The flat was beautifully furnished, equipped with everything you need (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, etc.) and very clean. The fridge was filled for us with e.g. fresh fruits, milk and yogurts, which was great. Everything was perfect and the apartment very cosy and modern. We enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of Davide and his family very much. We can definitely recommend the Lunalo guest apartment.

L'appartamento è ideale per 2 persone, moderno, ben arredato e concepito con criteri innovativi, cominciando dal sistema di ricircolo d'aria che garantisce una temperatura costante e gradevole. Le dotazioni sono di ottimo livello e i proprietari sono persone cortesi e disponibili. Da segnalare anche l'offerta degli ottimi prodotti dell'orto. Personalmente ci auguriamo di poter tornare in questo appartamento, che tra l'altro, è una ottima base per una serie di interessanti escursioni. Antonio è Marianna
