"Tommasso and Maria are fabulous hosts who go out of their way to help. They came one day with pastries for us and there were refreshments and snacks for us in the refrigerator. The bed is comfortable, kitchen very well equipped! Loved the morning sunrise on the balcony with a visiting cat who greeted us everyday. The only negative was no wifi but Tommasso brought us a modem. And the thirty stairs to get to the unit. It’s not a problem for most but I have mobility issues "

"Nice appartment with swimming pool. Very relaxed and enjoying the poole inbthe summertime when we went to Puglia. The host surprised us with several local pasteries and food. She is very attentive. We could park our car in the garage (great!). Supermarked is nearby. When you want to explore Lecce and the southern coast this is the place to stay 👍 Many thanks to Monica and her family for the lovely 14 days stay. "

"Fantastic location. Great swimming from the rocky shore as long as it is fairly calm. If rougher there is a good beach a very short drive away. Interior of property is getting a bit tired. Showers are basic and need some maintenance. The property is overpriced, reflecting the location rather than the property as a whole. We also had a problem with cats on the property that appear to have been fed by previous guests. This meant that we could not really eat outdoors nor leave doors or windows open...

"Accoglienza, posizione e permanenza da 10 e lode. Proprietari gentilissimi e super-efficienti anche nel risolvere un problema a una doccia (riparata mentre eravamo in spiaggia, nell'arco di pochissime ore dalla segnalazione). Una meraviglia. Tornerei a Villa Martina domani stesso e non posso che consigliarla."

"Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances les propriétaires étaient très sympa et pas envahissant l la climatisation très appréciable ainsi que les douches a l extérieure . Les villes et villages sont a proximité jolie découverte on en prend plein les yeux et multiples loisirs a faire je remercie paolo et rossella pour leur accueil a bientôt. "

"Mauricio est un hôte à l'écoute et réactif, pour exemple nous ne trouvions pas dans les commerces à proximité les cartouches pour mettre dans la machine à expresso, et il nous a remplacer la machine dans les 2h00 qui ont suivis. Les chambres sont très belles et avec de grandes armoires. Une cuisine agréable et très bien équipée qui sert également de salle et salon, ce qui fait un espace peu conviviale, la très grand table extérieur remplace cet espace manquant. La salle de bain est agréable avec...
