"Wir sind sehr begeistert. Tolle, zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Unsere Wohnung war wirklich gut ausgestattet. Bei der Anreise waren wir erst sehr enttäuscht, da Sauna und Fitness a. G. eines Wasserschadens nicht zur Verfügung standen. Es gab leider auch tagsüber den Baulärm. In der 2. Woche war der Schaden behoben. Das Körbchen mit frischen Handtüchern vor der Tür war eine nette Geste. Über die Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung haben wir uns ebenfalls sehr gefreut! Wir sind wirklich gut erholt heim...

"Es soweit ein toller Urlaub. Mit dem Schwimmbad und der Sauna im Hause. Alles anderen Einrichtungen wie Restaurants, Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und Kurbühne in unmittelbarer Nähe. Leider war auch eine Baustelle in Sicht- und vor allem in Hörweite. Aber das wird sich im nächsten Jahr ja erledigt haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder. "

"Der Check in verlief leider sehr holperig. Ansonsten hatten wir einen recht schönen Kurzurlaub. Die Wohnung war anfangs sehr kalt. Ein paar Infos zur Heizung wären gut gewesen. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten."

The apartment is on a beautiful location & extremely clean. Wolfgang & Babette were very responsive & reachable at all times. We particularly loved the easy check-in & check- out procedures. "The house is beautiful, spacious and very nicely decorated. We used the pool/yoga house almost every morning. Its a great spot to start the day with a great view of the pool and backyard. Management was quick to respond when we had questions. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood of vacation home yet close to the beach. Downtown with its shops can easily be reached on foot or bikes (several come with the house). Overall, we had a great vacation and would highly recommend this rental."

There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters....

"Ferienwohnung with view to the ocean. Modern and clean. It was unusual to have the reception not covered all day, but somehow okay. I personally would prefer to have staff on site 24/7. Not many options for restaurants bur supermarket is close to shop and cook your own meals. "

Great hotel in very good location

"The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters. The 2 room apartment is big and has everything you could need including a drying rack, pots and pans for cooking, hair dryer, and plenty of tables to eat. Only one thing to note, at least for us, the shampoo dispenser was outside the shower with no other options provided, so consider to bring your own."
