The apartment is advisable / Tropea is a nice town
Maria and his husband, Joseph, welcomed us in the first day. They are very polite, helpful und reliable. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is very near to the sandy beach. The sea and beach are very clean. We stayed 9 days in Tropea. Our kids have enjoyed to swim and play there. Thank you Maria! Thank you Joseph! Best Regards Family Cicek

Very dissatisfied! Don’t book this place!!!
Just feel obligated to describe, so nobody could be fooled in future. I stayed only one night. There was construction/ renovation around the area, banging during the day and the traffic noise at night was unbearable, Apartment was very old and dark, nothing updated. Few rooms, but all was dirty, no air conditioning , apartment is totally unfit for living. No hot water either! The whole experience was horrible! I had to find another place and move!

Si può fare molto meglio
Come abbiamo fatto presente alla proprietaria, con alcune migliorie la vacanza sarebbe andata meglio.. L'appartamento è grande ma le camere sono dotate di un arredamento scarso e raffazzonato, in bagno i rubinetti schizzano acqua dappertutto, le padelle sono tutte rovinate e scrostate, non c'è nemmeno un tavolino e due sedie per mangiare sul terrazzo, la tv funziona a singhiozzo. Nell'annuncio c'era scritto che c'era il wi-fi invece non c'era. Comunque l'appartamento ha un buon potenziale in quanto la posizione e la metratura ci sono. Occorre svecchiare e migliorare quello che abbiamo detto.

Casa ha una ottima posizione, non e troppo in centro,ma anche vicinissimo da tutto. Proprietarie gentilissimi, anche chek in e chek out molto flessibile. Posto auto comodo e tranquillo. Se qualcuno giudica, che casa non e perfetta, sono d'accordo, però tutto ha suo prezzo! Prezzo onesto e corrisponde quello che paghi!

l'appartamento è in un ottima posizione, anche la disposizione è ottima: sia per famiglie con figli, che per due coppie di adulti come eravamo noi. A mio parere avrebbe bisogno di una "rinfrescata", rinnovando e assortendo gli accessori. Manca un pò di rifiniture: luci sui comodini, una luce al lavatoio, un cavatappi, degli appendiabiti nelle camere....manca la wi-fi (nell'annuncio è presente) e con il caldo di questa estate sarebbe necessario un condizionatore .

Esperienza ottima
Alloggio pulito con camere spaziose per una famiglia, un lungo terrazzo e molto comodo ai negozi , la signora Maria ci ha ricevuto con cordialità e gentilezza, preoccupandosi di farci trovare una bevanda fresca viste le alte temperature del momento. L'alloggio è in una buona posizione, con posto auto condominiale sempre garantito, visto le tariffe dei parcheggi pubblici di tropea. Spettacolare il tramonto visto dal balcone, il mare è 5 minuti a piedi. Alla nostra partenza la signora Maria ci ha gentilmente augurato un buon viaggio offrendoci alcuni prodotti del suo orto. Sicuramente un'esperienza che ripeteremo

Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich. Übergabe komplikationslos Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber und hat eine tolle Lage,10 Gehminuten zum zentrum und Strandnähe,mehrere supermärkte jeweils 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Sehr empfehlenswert

Siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti dalla casa: l'abbiamo trovata pulita e ordinata. Si trova in un'ottima posizione che rende facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti il mare, il centro e tutti i servizi. La proprietaria è stata cortese e molto disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Consigliamo molto!

Mi sono trovata benissima, tutto a portata di mano, supermercati, negozi, il mare, la casa e ben collegata con tutto e si può raggiungere a piedi quasi tutti i posti, il mare e a 5 minuti della casa, la propietaria e stata molto gentile e disponibile, lo consiglio.

Alloggio perfetto!
L'appartamento è come in descrizione: ampio, ordinato e ben arieggiato. Si raggiunge la spiaggia a piedi e rispetto alla spiaggia in centro è molto più tranquilla per un vero relax. La Sig.ra Maria, proprietaria, e suo marito si sono mostrati davvero gentili e disponibili; cosa non da poco per chi si trova in un luogo sconosciuto. Spero di tornarci presto!

Buon appartamento con buona posizione
Appartamento ben posizionato. Facile raggiungere il mare è con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Ben esposto. Dal balcone si gode un bellissimo panorama del sole al tramonto. La proprietaria è una persona molto gentile e affidabile. Purtroppo ci sono state un paio di giornate di temporale e muri di pioggia e la signora Maria si è subito premurata di assicurarsi che in quel frangente tutto andasse bene assicurando la sua assistenza per ogni evenienza. Sono cose che fanno piacere. A parte le giornate “anomale” il mare è bello, limpido e molto piacevole
