"Transportation is super easy with 2 local stations each within 5 min max walk. Wonderful food around the hotel and a very peaceful and quiet stay! Would come back anytime! "
"Great location that's walking distance to both Ueno Park/Zoo and Akihabara, but also far enough away that it's quiet when you'd want to be sleeping. It's not the closest ever to a train station but also the roads to get there are flat so it's not hard to drag a suitcase or two around. I found the bed to be very comfortable and the pillows to be firm but not uncomfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The only thing to note is that the room itself was on the smaller side and didn't have a view. This didn't bother me much as I basically was only there to shower and sleep. (Also I'm pretty sure there are other rooms in the hotel with a view if that's what you're after). All in all it's a great place that's close to the action without the action being in your business when you want to sleep! 10/10 would recommend and stay again!"
"I am planning a trip back, and I will be staying here. This hotel was beautiful and had excellent amenities. My stay was a 10/10, and I'm so excited to return."
"the room was on the smaller side but the bed was amazingly comfortable and there was a free massage chair. the staff were fantastic - helpful, polite, and friendly. the location so close to the station can't be beat! i'd happily stay again "
