The area is fantastic for just about everything because it's on Grafton Street, a pretty swanky part of Dublin, with lots of bars, restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and other shopping. It's only about an 8 or 9 minute walk to the Temple Bar Pub. The other great thing about this property is the in-suite washer/dryer. "Place was nice, clean but I would not consider it a luxury place. Furnishings were old, it was a little sparse and sterile. Very few kitchen amenities. Sea view is a stretch. more like 30 min to city center. Parking was very good as was security."

"We were very happy with our stay. Fantastic communication and host very helpful with questions. Apartment is bang in the action and could not be more central. Other reviews said hot water could be an issue but wasn’t and use the boiler button and turn the shower the right way and it’s fine! Be aware it’s noisy late at night but it is in the temple bar! And this was fine for us. Roof top terrace great in warm Weather also. Would return. Thanks"

"Wonderful location in central Dublin - looking out over the Liffey. Beds were comfortable, and lots of room to gather. Amenities are good, with plenty of towels. Would recommend cleaning the throw rugs, which have lots of obvious stains - unbecoming of such a great place to stay. Would recommend."

"Excellent pace to stay, close to the train station, pubs and bars , room looks modern, clean and fresh, although over the road from a busy bar we slept really well as the new windows blocked out any noise , we did have and issue with room keys on arrival but we sorted it with the help of another guest , we’d definitely stay again ."
