"This is our second time in Istanbul in 6 months. Every time we come into town we will stay at the Sultanhan hotel. The staff is incredible The manager Enginis great- he knows all guests and can arrange anything for your stay. The hotel is situated in the middle of the old town—-we walked to everything we wanted to see during our entire stay and finally they have a restaurant on their 6 th floor that has the best view in town. I was there last night — which happened to be my birthday. The brought me a lava cake . Ice cream and fruit plate —complimentary"

"The hotel was wonderful! Great amenities, clean overall and comfortable. The view from the room was gorgeous.The staff were very helpful, friendly and understood English! The breakfast had A LOT of options and was delicious! We were just surprised that the waiters at the restaurant (not the breakfast one) were rude and not friendly at all 🤔 the hotel staff though were amazing. Greatly recommended overall!"
