"This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast is amazing: plenty of food choices and Finnish specialties including the Karelian pie (and veggie option of that even). The hotel is modern, clean and tidy, with maintaining a hint of their prison history. The associated part of the building is almost a community: a gym, a spa, bakery, restaurants, shops and a funicular going downhill to the river. Highly recommended, and definitely will stay...

"It's worth choosing a superior room with aircon when its a hot day. Room was very clean, but we had to ask for towels and coffee (there were none). Spa is very small but the surroundings are great. It is a great motel only a few steps from the Viking boat, which was so convienent for my disssbled wife, plus it is only a few more steps to Turku Port train platform. I will definetely stay here again on future trips acrosx to Stockholm."
