"My husband fell and dislocated his ankle. I called the ambulance. Kumiko and Neil were very helpful. They babysat the dog while I followed the ambulance. I didn’t get back till late but Kumiko was still up and brought my dog to me. They were very helpful and concerned throughout the stay, checking in to make sure I was ok.
