On the other side, Cudgen Nature Reserve offers an idyllic spot for lakeside picnics and watersports. Come home to enjoy cocktail hour on the deck, then dine alfresco whipping up a feast on the BBQ. All this while being just 30-minutes’ drive from Byron Bay.

From its generous grassy garden where kids can run wild to multiple alfresco seating areas, it offers the perfect mix of indoor-outdoor living. Set over two levels, there’s plenty of space for groups or families to spread out.

Stepping inside, the living space is open plan with air-conditioning to keep things comfortable during summer. Come together around the dining table making use of the modern kitchen, fully equipped for your holiday catering. Two of the bedrooms are located on the main level, while the primary bedroom encompasses the lower floor. It comes with a king-sized bed, lounge area and neat ensuite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms each offer queen-sized beds and have access to the main bathroom with its oversized shower and large mirrored vanity. Complimentary boutique toiletries have all been provided for your stay. There’s a separate laundry, adding to your everyday convenience, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the surf.
