"Check-in was easy, our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast choice was very good. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will book with them again if we come back to Tyler"

"I wish we had been informed that rooms were only cleaned every other day and that clean towels were available from the front desk. I finally found out late the second day. "

"Everything and everyone at this hotel was amazing. The front desk staff, Awah(?) went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and kind, and the food was great! The maintenance and housekeeping staff were also very helpful. We will be staying here again the next time we visit Tyler!"

"The room i was given looked to be the room tgat was used for spair parts , the two burner stove top had both nolbs missing and when i tur ed the dial s the burners did not work. The manager had to come up and put in a new HMI cable and remote because they were missing I did not see enyone serviceing the rooms mine had no maid service my whole stay ."
