"Great service. Room a bit dated with lots of scratches in the wall with paint missing, ceiling cracks, but the outside lights did not allow the room to get dark. Comfortable bed and room but maybe blinds or curtains that can cover the light and an AC unit that does sound like it’s blasting off! "

"Red Roof Inns are budget motels. Being in Bristol for a NASCAR playoff race meant this was about all that was in our budget & we would not normally pay so much to stay at this type of motel. With that in mind, we had a good stay. The room was clean & well kept. Much better than some higher-rated places we stayed at in Charlotte. The front desk staff was very friendly. Our bed was comfortable & the a/c worked great. There’s a small lobby for check-in and we had a small refrigerator. "
