"We’ve used this hotel for about 17 yrs and it’s always been quiet, with attentive staff, and very clean. The only thing I would comment on for this stay is that there was a very strong electric air freshener on in the room when we arrived, which was not good for me as I have allergies. "Everything you need for a few nights stay. Walking distance to local shops, bars and the Abbey. Situated in tbe heart of 1066 country on the high street in Battle East Sussex.
