There were two loft beds over two beds on the ground, which was ideal for the two kids to sleep up and out of the way. The staff was friendly and helpful. We never wanted for anything. 10/10. "The property is very close to Shin-Osaka train station. Close to a few good restaurants and convenience stores. The property is clean. They have a remote check-in. A quick face to face call with an operator gets you all setup with a pass code for your apartment. All is done through tablets available at the main lobby. "

"This was the best all around hotel we’ve ever stayed at around the world, at any price point. Location 10/10, breakfast 10/10, aesthetic 10/10, bakery in the lobby was incredible. The rooms were very large and had all the amenities you could ask for. This hotel was so good we cancelled our next hotel for the rest of our stay in Kyoto and came back here. Can’t say enough good things about this place."
