"Nice hotel, if my room face the sea will be better. Too bad that the ships are not rented out therefore no shopping area. Carpark are allocated at 5th floor and above, those driving got to park at the carpark and take the lift to level 12 and take another lift to your hotel room. Nevertheless nice stay at the hotel. "Great hotel, large rooms, lovely staff and great location in the centre of the tourism area. Really enjoyed our stay a breakfast was included and had lots of choice. Our only problem was the pool was closed for refurbishing for a couple of week which coincided with our stay. We were not aware this would be the case when we booked a couple of weeks earlier. There was a lovely pool at their next door property though which they kindly escorted us to. Think this is probably the best hotel and location for Melaka centre. "
