"I cancelled on arrival when I saw the poor conditions the place was in and lost my whole payment. The reception area looked like a pigs corters. We got backrooms after we paid for rooms with balconies - 3x rooms. I demand my refund from Booking dot com please"

"The property was clean and tidy, I think it was very nice when they did it but now looking like it could do with a face lift! The swimming pools were old and didn't look very clean either! Very few activities offered to adults staying in there. The bar an restaurant area could host a few evening events and liven up the place a bit! In general the area has nothing cultural to do!"

"We did not use the Hotel..due to the problem of carpet...I discovered that carpets are dirty...with stains . I have a servere sinus..so i had to move to another place. "

"Hi , I am very upset because I booked a room for Friday the 3rd of September at urban park, but urban park hotel is closed. I can’t understand why Expedia would allow me to book a room at urban park when they are closed. I would like a refund for the room I booked! It is unacceptable and unprofessional of Expedia to do that!"
