"This was a beautiful property. Friendly staff. Very convenient to get to from the freeway plus centrally located so I can easily walk to many places. The moma or civic center. I will go back again but my one complaint. The a/c only want down to 71.5 degrees....or so the thermostat said. It was much warmer that that. But I will return. Next time I will request an in room fan if available. "

"The Westin St Francis is fabulous, as are their staff. Unfortunately the downtown area was hit hard post-Covid with tech workers & others not returning to their offices. The result is many large & small businesses have closed. Other area of SFO are still vibrant & worth the visit"

"Wonderful location in middle of union square. Can walk everywhere. Note: quite a few homeless in the area but no issues. Hotel was friendly, helpful and we encountered some initial problems with our room (heat and drain) but they quickly fixed by moving us to an equal room. The spa floor is beautiful. The valet and security are terrific and so friendly. Rooms are roomy and comfortable. Very nice stay. Note- they do a vacation resort sales pitch at checkin but not pushy if you aren’t...
