"Awesome location with plenty of local hikes around the facility. Close to the bus to get into Cradle Mountain for longer hikes and access to Dove Lake. The bistro and bar area was very relaxing with plenty of options. The breakfast buffet hot food options could be improved but the lunch and dinner was excellent. The food was very good and the sticky date dessert is to die for. Plenty of wildlife in the area just going about their business. The staff were all super friendly and helpful which make the stay even better. Can’t wait to come back. "

"Wonderful cozy common areas with fire places, couches and pool table. Comfortable rooms, friendly, helpful staff, nice food. Art gallery was a bonus for my mum who didn’t come hiking. We would definitely come back. "

"Lovely ALPINE experience ... including moss covered gum trees and small wallabies (Palemelons) bouncing around the lawns. Well presented kitchen ( nearest IGA Sheffield so buy your supplies 1st ). Well heated. Good Telstra coverage ... for those wilderness people addicted to their devices 😀"
