"We were in room 3 on the ground floor. Spacious. We loved the room. BUT the AC did not work and they never got it fixed. They admitted that it had not been working and they knew that when we checked in. We were not happy. It was very hot On the last day she brought us a fan. Might have been nice to have supplied a fan when we checked in and maybe given us a discount. We would not have booked here if we had known there was no AC!"
