"Property was lovely, excellent service however it was that time of year in the North that the seaweed took over the beach. The hotel tried to contain it but the smell was overwhelming. "

"Our family group of 10 age 22-85 had a wonderful time staying at Villa Movina. My favorite part of our vacation was morning coffee on the patio overlooking the Ocean and St Bart's. The view is absolutely spectacular and the home is beautiful and well maintained. The photos cannot fully capture how nice and well laid out the house is. "There was 7 of us. Grandparents in their 60s, two adult children with their wives and one granddaughter 7 months old. The unit was extremely clean, and spacious. Each couple had their own bathroom. All three bedrooms and bathrooms were good size especially the master which had a wall of sliding glass looking out over the pool and beach. Spectacular!! Being in the villa was perfect especially when the baby took her naps. We brought the baby monitor outside by the pool to listen and watch her while she napped. (can't do that in a hotel) The backyard was the pool and just about 75 feet from the pool was the ocean. The restaurants were literally only about a 100 yard walk on the sandy beach. The two restaurants were perfect for us. One being casual with huge selection. The other being business casual dress. I highly recommend this property. FYI. We are clean freaks and always skeptical about renting a property thinking it may not be clean. Nothing to worry about here. "

"We had a great condo, well furnished, beds were great, great view except for the railing being so high on the lanai. Also, cooking pans and knives could use an update. Waves are rough on this side of the island so you must travel to snorkel."

"This house has an excellent location on a great beach! We spent more time at this beach than any other because it was easy to walk to the house when you needed something. The beach was not crowded, calm, and beautiful. The water is very clear and the area in front of the house is very sandy and good for swimming. The house has a great set up for bedrooms and bathrooms, each room having it's own bathroom and shower is so nice. It's a spacious house and has everything you need. Our one disappointment was that the hot tub was not working, and looks like it hasn't been for awhile. There are definitely updates that need to be done to the house, but they don't get in the way of enjoying the wonderful spaces. We spent our mornings on the pool deck watching the sunrise over the ocean, down to the beach during the day, and back to the pool area to eat dinner, play cards, and watch the stars at night. "
