"Beautiful hotel with a friendly greeting on reception, fast check in. The room with balcony was spacious, lovely toiletries. The bedding was so comfortable and felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Really nice tea and snack selection."

"The hotel and staff were excellent but I would point out the food needs to be hotter. We had breakfast and some evening meals and on all occasions the food really wasn’t hot enough. Nothing wrong with the food just needs to be hot not warm "

"Really enjoyed staying here. The staff were lovely! They found out we was here for a Birthday and gave us a free drink voucher to use at the bar and late checkout. The room was spacious and spotless and all the amenities you could need and want. The breakfast choice was was surperb and delicious. The only downside was the amount we paid for parking. We paid £100 pound for a day and a half to park our car. They did give us a discount voucher but we had already paid before we knew they did this, but it would still have worked out at about £75 which i think is still very dear. Despite this we would stay here again but would pay to park outside of the hotel or get a train."
