"Overall, a very nice stay in a great hotel. One issue was the AC in our room though. It worked, but took a very long time to cool down the room."

The staff was beyond friendly from the time of check-in, to check-out. The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops & common sights to see! "We loved our stay at this hotel! The room was a bit small with two large suitcases but that was the only con. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious, the room and common areas were beautiful, and the location was perfect. The staff were all lovely! We were especially grateful that the hotel made us breakfast to go when we had an early morning departure on the day we were checking out. Highly recommend if you're going to Zagreb!"
