"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"Loved our stay. Reserved a 1 bedroom for myself, wife and 2 teenage daughters. Got a room with an extra 1/2 bathroom which was nice. The room was clean, roomy enough and nice. Kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast. Supermarket across the street. Excellent restaurant across the street for dinner. Ski rental next door as well. Not much else within walking distance. Shuttle to Grau Roig ski area was very convenient. Spa was really nice. Indoor and outdoor hot tub, Sauna, steam room and cold...

"In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

"Great location and views. Be wary of Google Maps because it can take you on maintenance roads on a ski resort! Make sure to go all the way into Canillo before turning onto the smaller road. "

"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

The view from the apartment was so beautiful, facing a mountain with a lot of trees and huge boulders, through which small yellow and white wild flowers were thriving, and a creek running down below producing waterfall-like sound. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a full size kitchen. The only negative was that there was mold in the bathrooms and my husband said he could smell the mold when he was talking a shower. "

We did not expect to have to ask about linrn, which may no udually be supplied, but coming from far away one certainly doesn't do so with linen.. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "Horrible ! A fuir. Pas d'eau chaude. 3 coupures electriques en meme pas 3h de temps. 15 degres dans la chambre malgré le "radiateur" au mur... on nous a dépanné un radiateur d'appoint et la on a reussi a avoir 17... Bref la réception part 30 minutes avant lheure de fermeture. On appelle ca ne repond pas. Le technicien est aussi compétent que moi sur des skis... (autant dire nulle !) Bref surtout pas ici si vous avez en plus des enfants... "

The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the slopes and the ski lockers were very useful. "From the arrange pick up at the airport to our departure this was a fantastic stay. The staff is genuinely welcoming and makes you fell special from the moment you walk through the door. They've understood the difference between service only and service with hospitality. From the receptionist to the sommelier via the bell boy to the restaurant and bar staff - we can highly recommend this hotel and we thank you all for a great stay! "

"Loved our stay. Reserved a 1 bedroom for myself, wife and 2 teenage daughters. Got a room with an extra 1/2 bathroom which was nice. The room was clean, roomy enough and nice. Kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast. Supermarket across the street. Excellent restaurant across the street for dinner. Ski rental next door as well. Not much else within walking distance. Shuttle to Grau Roig ski area was very convenient. Spa was really nice. Indoor and outdoor hot tub, Sauna, steam room and cold plunge were very pleasant after skiing. Would stay here again. Offered indoor (very tight) parking if needed. Narrowly managed a Mazda CX30. Don’t know how a bigger car can make it! Only thing I wish I knew was that Andorra has major elevation changes in just a short distance. The hotel is at about 6600 feet and you need chains or socks for your wheels if you want to make it during any snow. Great place to stay and we were very happy here. Elena and Darturo (I think… sorry if I got that wrong) were great help. "

Great hotel in the centre of Ordino

"The hotel is perfectly located near to the centre of Ordino. It is an older hotel and therefore don’t expect ultra modern, but it is very clean and comfortable, the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. the only thing that lets it down is the acoustics, we could hear the Roomes either side and above, although this didn’t disturb our sleep. "
