"There are two things that disappointed me about this hotel. First the lack of cleaning and maintenance in general. Dirty windows and loose taps. Second, they told us that we could use the services and then they charged us an extra 20 dollars that they never notified in advance. I wouldn't go back."

"Gorgeous place, the landscape and property were beautiful and well maintained. Room was very comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that the staff didn’t speak English and we were often neglected by the waitress in the restaurant. "

"What an incredible property! We loved everything about this place. Easy check in, friendly staff, location was great too. The hoards of tourists blocking the roads to get there was annoying but it reminded us of how lucky we were to be staying at such an iconic property. The sunsets are amazing! German was fantastic too! So quick to respond and everything was in order when we arrived. Overall can't say enough positive things about our stay in Le Coq at Casapueblo!"
