This hotel is in a very safe area with coffee shops and healthy quick bite options directly across the street. Staff were excellent and when we needed some emergency paper work printed, they were very helpful and printed off the necessary papers for us. I will stay here again in the future.

My only issue with the hotel was not with the hotel it was with your service at Expedia I had signed up to stay through the third checking out the third but somehow it got changed to the second and there was no way for me to extend it through your website the hotel wanted 350 pounds for one more night I was unable to do that so my problem is with your services not the hotel
