"Beautiful resort but like most it’s very far from other walkable dining and shopping. Would have really enjoyed this property if it wasn’t raining the days we were there. There not much to do if you can’t be outdoors, pool, beach, etc. there is an indoor pool which was nice but really we wanted to be outdoors. Drive to and from main areas outside of resort are about $80 each way. "

You can walk to the beach, but note that the hotel does not provide any beach amenities, i.e., beach chairs or umbrella. The hotel pools are very nice.
