"Our stay at this beautiful house outside Uzes was most pleasant. Everything was pretty much as described with the only exception being the second bathroom. This was located in the spa which is outside the house. We were a bit worried with a family of seven and only one bath in the house, but it worked out fine. La cuisine d’été donne l’impression d’être dans les îles. Tout est propice pour passer de bonnes vacances. Une dédicace spéciale pour les hôtes, Florence et Patrick. "I booked this hotel because they advertised an indoor pool. Only after I paid And they emailed a confirmation did they mention the pool is closed. I immediately Tried to reach out to cancel the booking but the reception was also closed. I then contacted Hotels.com who said I could only cancel through their reception but this was impossible since the reception was closed. I’ve called and emailed with no reply. "
