"Property set in the wild life sanctuary was lovely . Standard rooms were ok needed some updating . We upgraded our room to a more comfortable space . Restauant was poor on food and service . Upon reaching the wildlife sanctuary we had to pay to get in even though hotel was booked with the reserve also was offended that i had to pay a lot more than my partner and was refered to as a forgiener adult racist to say the least"

Exceptional hotel

"Amazing hotel. Clean and nicely furnished rooms. Exceptional service. Amazing activities provided by hotel. Great bar with excellent bartender. Grounds are impeccable and the attention to green initiatives is impressive. We had issues with many hotels in Kerala and our stay here was just amazing from every perspective "
