This charming and well maintained duplex is located in the desirable East Vail neighborhood. With close proximity to the Town of Vail bus stop, you will enjoy the comfort and ease of this home.

Upon entering the large foyer, you’ll find a mud room to your left with plenty of space to store your gear. As you continue walking into the home you will see the sunken living room, with a large flat screen TV, wood burning fireplace, and glass French doors that open onto a beautiful deck with private backyard. To the left of the living room you will find a large open fully equipped kitchen with eat in dining area that seats 8. The kitchen also features a sliding glass door that opens up onto a private deck with a bbq gas grill and outdoor dining area. To the left of the kitchen is a hallway that leads to the first guest bedroom with a queen size bed and full bath with a tub shower combination. To the right of the living room you will find the laundry room with a full size sink and washer and dryer.

If you return to the entrance you will see the staircase to the right, the additional three bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom features a king size bed, huge vaulted ceilings and a large walk in closet. The Master bath features a walk in steam shower, double vanity, and sky lights. Also located on this level is a small living area, and two additional bedrooms and a full bath. Past the living area you have two bedrooms, the bedroom on the right will feature a queen size bed and a flat screen tv. The bedroom straight ahead of the living area features full over full bunk beds, there is also a loft with a sitting area and flat screen tv. The hall bath features a double vanity and a tub shower combination with a deep soaking tub.

The hot tub is located on a private deck near the entrance of the home.

Vail getaway
We loved staying at this cute property. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. The master steam shower is a major plus!!! The neighborhood was quite and located perfectly for all of our outings we had planned. Would most definitely come back. I would strongly recommend going on a drive to Glenwood Springs. The drive is beautiful. Our teenagers and young adult loved the adventure park there. There was hardly any lines and well worth the trip.

This is the second year we have rented this place and I think we had all forgotten that it just doesn’t feel cozy, it feels tired. iTrip is responsive and came out the evening we checked in due to a smoke detector issue; however, the house was without internet for 5 of 7 days we stayed. When I attempted to ask for a discount due to this massive inconvenience, I was told that WiFi is an “optional amenity” …. In 2024, this is substandard service. Pluses - quiet East Vail location, hot tub, fireplace Cons - no garage, house is cold (despite thermostat adjustments), dated space Wouldn’t recommend

Great townhouse
This house was perfect for our group of 2 families. Plenty of space and beds for everyone. We enjoyed the peaceful yard and being able to ride bikes and bus to Vail Village. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice property but unfortunate issues..
The property was very nice, clean and perfect size for two couples and 2 infants (along with the grandmas who came to babysit). Very close proximity to the bus stop and about 20 minute ride into Vail Village. Unfortunately there was a serious issue with the heat in the upstairs guest bedroom that made us unable to even sleep in there at night, it got down to 58 degrees at night and very uncomfortable. The property manager tried to fix it but it didn't work and when I reached out again I got no response. Also there was an issue with the hot tub, it worked one night and then the next night my husband went in and it was down to 85 degrees and there was a horrible/foul smell in the hot tub... very disappointing. Overall it was a great place but those two issues were super unfortunate and I felt that they should have been avoided.

Amazing Ski Weekend Stay!
The rental was perfect for a group of 10 of us with plenty of space. Very clean, nice appliances, and great amenities. Very good location for skiing as the bus stop was only a couple houses down the road. I hope to stay here again!

We ski Vail yearly and our growing family loves to stay together. Our favorite time after a full day of skiing is sharing a meal together! Great kitchen space. The hot tub was nice and well used by us! The one need in this home is the beds- could upgrade the mattresses! Thanks again for sharing your home!

Great family ski rental
Great home for multiple families on a ski trip. The rooms are large and spaced out well. The kitchen is really well-appointed. The hot tub was great for après ski. Ski storage is excellent and the vail bus stop is literally a two-minute walk. The garage will not fit a car but you can easily park three cars at the property. We loved it.

Great house located in the heart of East Vail right by Bighorn Park
The property was wonderful. Newly remodeled kitchen, huge master bedroom and bath, great wood burning fire place, two level home... I highly recommend this property to families, groups of friends, etc. It can comfortably sleep 8-10 people in the 4 bedrooms, assuming 2 people are OK with sharing a bed. All the beds are queen or king. Plenty of bathrooms. Great communication with the property management company and property manager. Close to the East Vail bus stop for no hassle access to Vail. Highly recommended. We would certainly stay here again!

No one should rent this property. Heater not working, water leaking from upstairs bathroom..
I got cheated . They charged me more then 5k for 5 days. We checked in on 1 st Jan. 1st jan night we felt very Cold inside house. So on 2nd January morning we st found out that heater not working. Started to call emergency number . They send one person to check on heater at 2.00 pm . Person could not fix it. We showed him water leaking from upstairs bathroom. Sent video to his phone via text. He went away saying that I will send heater until we fix . After that we waited , waited , keep called but no one replied back . We stayed their till our reservation ends. We ware 10 people . We had no choice but to live there coz kids. Cold weather and our vacation activity bookings. After we called Vrbo and even Vrbo is not able to talk to hone owner . Now verbo saying that we have no control over property owner . We can’t do anything. You talk to property owner . Property owner is not replying any of text or call. I have booked through Vrbo portal. Vrbo should be responsible for this mess. I would not recommend any one to book through Vrbo and specific location do not rent for even one dollar. It doesn’t worth $. When u on vacation, you need peace of mind but here we had a trauma situation. I feel I got cheated by property owner and Vrbo. They should have inspected house before renting it . Now I am trying to talk to Vrbo and Vrbo saying that you had not contacted property owner until last night of stay which a blatantly lie. I had send text conversations screenshot, my phone records to proove that I had started to call and complained on very second morning as soon as we found out both problems. But now no one is taking responsibility and they took all my money in advance . So people stay away from Vrbo and this property.
