"I would like to say it was a wonderful stay...nice room on the first floor! My toilet handle broke and they replaced it asap, the curtains for the shower were barely holding up as they had so many holes, the ceiling had water damage and the house keeper half clean the rooms! Upon arrival we found cigarette boxes and wrapping paper on the shelves where the coats go... With a few fixes and better cleaning this place would be very nice."

"This is a historic building for theater buffs. It is atop the CIBC theatre, originally the Majestic, opened in 1906. The offices were converted to hotel rooms in 2006 and have not been upgraded much since then. Still everything is comfortable and very clean. Excellent housekeeping and front desk staff. The breakfast (standard Hampton Inn) varies a little everyday and was well maintained. Coffee and tea in the lobby. In-room coffeemaker and fridge much appreciated. Superb mid-Loop location...
