The blanket had a stain on it. The bathroom had a lot of hair, and so did the towels. I had to clean the bathroom before I could use it. Otherwise, it is a suitable place to stay. They should have a halper for the chef who makes omelets for the customers. He doesn't look like he has much patience to help with the customers.

Our stay was more than I expected. The room was large with a king bed and a sofa bed with a view of the city. It was comfortable, clean and our room was made up every day. We had a buffet breakfast every day (omelets, fruits, cereals, juices, coffee, pancakes, French toast, bread and pastries). Everything tasted good and fresh. In the afternoons we had 2 complementary drinks per adult and they also had simple snacks, such as chips, cheese and vegetables and soft drinks for the kids. Strategically located. Close to everything. We could walk to all the places of interest (10-15min) or you could take an Uber and you were 5-6 min from everything. We decided to walk to better enjoy the city. Variety of restaurants, coffee shops and small stores right in front and around the hotel. Very friendly customer service. I would definitely stay again.

Some of the staff at the front desk were extremely unhelpful. We booked a month in advance 2 double beds with city view only to be told at check in that the room was not available. Very poor management and customer service. We were given a room that we did not reserve, basically a downgrade and received no credit from them. Front desk does not answer the phone; called 6 times with no answer. Wanted to check out 2 hours after the checkout time and was given a very hard time about it. Yet they gave away the room we reserved to someone else as it was not available when we checked in at 5pm. Their policy is not consistent. We are Hilton Honors members and one of the perks of being a member is the late checkout option. Asked to speak with a manager two times and was told there was no manager on site. Poor communication between the front desk and the cleaning staff. Even though we ended up checking out late the cleaning staff were knocking on the door at 11:30pm asking if we are checking out even though our late checkout was at 1pm. The mini fridge in the room was not working properly; food was frozen. Sofa bed was not properly cleaned; there was popcorn under the cushions. Poor customer service and management overall. Staff needs to be better trained in handling customer complaints. Instead of just saying it is hotel policy they need to offer a solution especially when it is their error. Not happy with this hotel at all!

Always a great place to stay for families. Parking cost is outrageous, but you can find a surface lot nearby to save money. Breakfast is perfectly fine. Staff are wonderful.

Best thing about the properly was that it had made to order breakfast and complimentary evening snacks along with daily two drinks per person on the house. This was unique I have found at this that I never experienced in any other Hilton properties. Not to mention the swimming pool was also open and functional during the winters. I loved the stay and the property.

Nice hotel! Great amenities! They were VERY busy and the elevators were a nightmare. Thankful we were only on the 4th floor, so we were able to utilize the stairs! Complementary happy hour was a bonus! Breakfast was yummy! Loved all of the different sitting areas. Great for families! Loved the location!! Staff are amazing.
