"We travelled from USA spent a night here cause it got dark and we found this place on our way to Cluj but we enjoyed it to the fullest. "The central heating wasnt working in the 1st day, they come and fix it however the 2nd day got broken again. No heating in the bedroom at all time. The shower wasn't working, they come and fix it on the 2nd day. The apartment wasn't so clean. They tried to charge me more for cleaning than the initially price they wrote on the website. It supposed to be 30 euro and they asked me for 40 euro. However i did send an email and said i will leave 30 euro in lei on the tv table. I wouldn't recommended...

"I loved it here, had a lifestyle suite which was brilliant. Everything was really really great, the staff so kind and attentive and the food wasbrilliiant too. The spa is excellent and had a brilliant spa evening. I can highly reommend. Its a bit of a trek from the old town but nothing a very well priced taxi cant fix."

"Im extremely disappointed with my experience in this place. I made a reservation for one night : I paid and then made an electronic check-in. I was supposed to arrive at 2pm. I was supposed to get an e-mail from Ella with the access code to enter the apartment and never got an answer on time. "After a long drive we arrived at the Stop Hotel. The lady at the front desk was a sweetheart. Even before we checked in she let us know that the AC in rooms does not work due to excessive outside heat. She went above and beyond to help and come up with solutions to keep us cool during the stay. Overall stay was great minus the AC issue which is unfortunate but beyond that the hotel personnel was friendly and rooms were decent. "
