Excellent host/manager of property...cleaned everyday...we where on top floor Penthouse 1.....very quiet....lovely comfortable bed...location Excellent around a quiet corner next to cathedral square in the old town.....highly recommend 👌

It was a little odd being down a side ally but it was well lit and perfectly safe. The location was great and I would be happy yo stay here again if I return to Valencia.

Very convenient , close to the main areas , places to eat . The room was very good , the only weird thing we found was that the bathroom/ shower wall area that divided it from the bedroom is made from clear glass , a little bit awkward and unpleasant , not for everybody to like it .

it was very easy to check in/access the property and the owners are very easy to contact. the room was very clean and nice. the lobby of the building weirdly smelled like sewage, but that was unnoticeable in the room.

Location! This hotel is walking distance to all the good and interesting things in the city. Even stop 1 for the tourist bus. Restaurants and things to do everywhere. The room was spacious and clean. Will definitely recommend.

House & Home was clean and well maintained. Gloria was a great help and very cordial. She was available by phone at all times. The property was renovated and in a location in the center or Valencia, just a short walk off the main square in the historic district. Lots of shopping and dining option close by. Fantastic location in a great city.

We had a fairly basic small room, but it was perfectly fine for our needs. The staff were helpful and it was clean and safe. The location doesn’t get any better, really amazing. It lacks any nice views or immediate nice side roads, our room was opposite some apartments so no privacy, but that didn’t matter too much as we were out and about for most of the time. We would recommend for a budget option but not if you wanted a little more luxury or nice views.

Booked only because it’s located in the old town. Building is old, facilities out dated, ceiling so low, not clean enough.. Open the bathroom window you’ll see the next building being demolished or abandoned.. Not worth the money I’d say. Staff only available online, and they even charge 2 euro to deposit luggage if you arrive earlier.

The property was spacious and comfortable. The extra throw blankets were a very nice touch. Location was perfect. Like most city center properties there wasn't a lot of natural light in the room and the view looks at a building wall. Overall, it's a good value, though. I recommend.
