Only issue was that the room safe would not accommodate 15” laptop, otherwise this hotel was a great value. Also concierge was a great help. I injured my forehead in an accident a week before, in another city, and needed them removed while staying in Valencia. The concierge staff found a medical clinic that spoke English and arranged for my appointment. Many thanks to the staff!

Excellent stay in this boutique hotel in the very heart of Valencia. Comfortable and very clean room, staff super helpful and friendly and very good breakfast. Absolutely the ideal Choice for a relaxing stay in the real centre of the city

The hotel San Lorenzo is nicely situated in the old city of Valencia and just a few steps away from Serrano Tower. It’s great to be walking distance to many of the ancient attractions but far enough that it’s quiet at night. The staff is really helpful and friendly. There are lots of dining options just downstairs from the lobby. But then again, there are many excellent restaurants and shopping within 10~15 mins of walking distance from the hotel.

keep them in the garden
the room was quite small and because they say boutique means it is ok to put garden furniture in the room instead of chairs ,the coffee machine had old water left in it and strange things floating on the top but the housekeeper cleaned it right away .the people on the desk were very helpful with everything

What a pleasure it was staying at this fantastic boutique Hotel. The location was in the very centre of it all, the room was really nice and the staff were the icing on the cake. Such a WONDERFUL experience. Highly recommend!

The room was old (not updated). There was construction going on and I could see the dust on the rug. The staff was really pleasant and the service to the airport was very convenient. The hotel really needs to be updated. It felt dark and dirty.

Location; amazing! Front desk:they had different staff all the time by the ones that were there were super nice. Cleaning: room has someone’s contact lenses stuck on the floor. Also in the bathroom there was a sticker with the size of clothing stuck to the floor as well which shows they don’t clean the floors well. Towels have seen better days! Bathroom door: does not shut all the way. If you don’t care that others hear your business while you are in the bathroom then you are ok. Telephone in the room didn’t work. Plug was broken. Bedding: good A/C: great Cleaning crew: never showed up after I requested vacuuming in my room. Asked the front desk, but when we got back the floor had not been vacuumed and the dirty glasses and coffee cups had not been replaced. Internet: sucked Overworked we loved the location.
