Since we were traveling and staying for two weeks with a toddler and a new baby I was looking for it to also have an outdoor space, and it was wonderful as seen in the pictures. For personal reasons I had to change my dates a few days before my booking was coming up, the hosts had no problem to accommodate my needs. "Listing was not as advertised, in an unsafe neighborhood, requested separate rental agreement (which would be fine) but an additional requirement for card documentation for their file, implying a duplicate charge. When I tried to cancel our 5 night stay (online, via phone, and through email) after nearly being accosted by 3 strangers upon our entry, I was immediately denied and told 'no refund', 'can't cancel' and 'its not known (locally) as a safe place'. Ridiculously poor customer service...
