"Overall it was a decent stay. The code to get into the main bustling did not work for us so we had to call. On the 2nd and 3rd night of our stay, the fire alarms kept going off because people were smoking weed in the stairwells. The hallways overwhelmingly smelt of weed, however when the maids came to clean certain rooms, it took the smell out. We also had, I think a homeless person, get into the husking and was screaming in the stairwell one of the nights."

"The property was exceedingly clean, and mostly convenient to our sightseeing needs. It's about a 15 minute walk to the PATH, which connects to the NYC subway system. The neighborhood isn't terrible, though there are some folks who decide they need to be loud every night right outside the building, until about midnight. "We stayed here with our 3 dogs between Christmas and New Years. It is in a gorgeous neighborhood of sprawling estate homes. This property had tons of room to spread out. The yard is HIGE and completely fenced in. The rooms are decorated with the photography work of the owner and other interesting pieces. Plenty to do on site and not too far from the city. Rude Associate Unclear Policies

"Keri ann was rude, disrespectful and not friendly or understanding. She shouldn't be at the front desk taking care or lack thereof, customers. She was not knowledgeable or articulate in regards to company policies and procedures. Parking rules should be displayed at the front desk and on third party sites, this way the customer is aware and can make a informed decision whether or not they want to patronize this location."

"The Royal Regency is a great economical place to stay...clean, comfortable. Friendly staff. Special kudos to Hector at the front desk...he went above and beyond in being helpful to provide additional coffee. There is a restaurant on the premises...good food, good prices...and kudos there to my server Andy...excellent, friendly service. Good included breakfast in the morning with two helpful ladies. Overall good experience! I will stay again!"

"There are so many wonderful things to say about this place. It would not even be enough space. Super welcoming staff. They offer events for the kids and the adults alike. The hotel offered happy hour and a hot chocolate bar for the kiddos. Our room was amazing. We received a comp upgrade and it was absolutely stunning. Free coffee and tea all the time, they kept it well stocked. Easy to get around. Comp breakfast was also amazing. Good tasting food. They had social events every night, it was a different theme. There’s so many great things to say about this place. "
