"I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff are all so friendly and professional when you arrive and throughout your stay. The room was lovey, clean and a good size. There is soundproofing but you can hear small bits of traffic (e.g emergency services) as it is on a main road but this didn’t bother me at and all I slept very well still. The roof terrace was lovely but the lighting was all from the floor upwards and made seeing to walk around rather dangerous. Also unable to see to read on the balcony too due to the lighting and no comfy chairs to relax outside. "

"The hosts were good at communicating ahead of time. When I arrived I was met promptly and shown a room different from my booking (3rd floor, not first floor). They then tried to charge me an additional and previously unmentioned cleaning fee (which I did not pay). The hot tub in the basement was not hot.
