"Coach bed was pretty unusable and should not advertise it as a bed. Showers were backing up a bit. Other than those items, this property was really great with so many positives. Location, food, shopping, skiing, and other items well maintained."

"The apt was clean when we arrived. It's perfect for a couple, quite spacious. Kitchen has everything you need. bed was comfortable and we had plenty of pillows. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to Main St with plenty of shops and restaurants and also do peak 9. "

"The best night’s sleep I had during a week long road trip! The unit is very good, the bed is spectacular (even though it’s a Murphy bed). The location rocks. The complex is due for some much needed seasonal maintenance. The hot tub needs an overhaul. Otherwise, great stay!"

"The room itself was amazing and clean. Easy access to everywhere. Not happy being charged $1 when checking in and then my card being charged another $1 when checking out. That's an expensive interest charge for $2! Also not happy with Red Awning who the room was booked through. I would not recommend them, terrible communication!"

"Perfect location for enjoying all that downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Room overlooked the Blue River facing East toward Main Street. Relaxing sounds of the water combined with beautiful scenery, wonderful weather, and location made this a great getaway from the heat and humidity back home."

"Great place.. easy walking distance to everything downtown. The river walk was beautiful as were all the flowers and sculptures/art. We were here overnight to attend a concert at the Riverwalk center and it was a quick 4 min walk!"

Cozy hotel with personality!

"This was our first time in CO and it was such a great trip thanks to this cozy hotel! Definitely a small family owned establishment but the friendliness was amazing. There is a dog there named Hazel and she is just the sweetest. The owner and the front desk person was also extremely sweet. The rooms are all different and the room we got was small and cozy. We there for a snow trip so our stay was only to sleep. The breakfast in the morning was also really good! If we ever come back to CO we will definitely stay here again and it's close to the mountains that we boarded at."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My husband loved the convenience of the ski in/ski out capability and how centrally located it was to everything else in Breckenridge. Such a beautiful place, great accommodations and friendly staff!"
