"The room was great. Everything was clean and new. The bed was very comfortable. Great location close to Ventura blvd. Coffee was offered in the room but the water to make it cost $3. Coffee in the lobby had coffee grounds in it. Overnight parking in the garage was $25, which was disappointing. It is a nice hotel but I don’t know that we would stay there again. Everything has an up charge. "

"This is an average property. Def not luxury. Rough scratch towels and only a few of them. Furnishings were modest. Home needed painting, cupboards and amenities just average. The pool photo’s made it look like luxury. The check in process was not smooth. We were sent two messages about a hidden key, instead there was a lock box. After reaching out we were informed of lockbox and code. Keys were old, locks needed graphite. Very uncomfortable for a woman alone btw. Still, the place...

"The unit was clean and nicely appointed. It was an affordable studio. A toaster would have been nice to have since I just ate breakfast there and was out for the rest of the day. Property manager was very responsive. I thought it was weird that my studio patio was walled off from the pool by a 6 foot fence that you could not see over, and had to make arrangements to use the pool. I was a little uncomfortable with the neighborhood which was mainly a Hasidic community which I was not expecting....

"My family and I enjoyed staying at this house. They layout was great; we particularly appreciated the high ceilings in the kitchen, the private fenced back yard and the quiet street. The host was communicative. The house had everything we needed - paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc. It was all easy. We were very satisfied overall and would book again!"
