"The room was great. Everything was clean and new. The bed was very comfortable. Great location close to Ventura blvd. Coffee was offered in the room but the water to make it cost $3. Coffee in the lobby had coffee grounds in it. Overnight parking in the garage was $25, which was disappointing. It is a nice hotel but I don’t know that we would stay there again. Everything has an up charge. "

"The staff was super friendly, if you book by 3rd party they do charge a refundable deposit of $100. I did like how there was parking in front of my room but it’s definitely a sketchy area. We had a nice balcony however, the curb appeal wasn’t so appealing but it could be because it’s winter time. Unfortunately I don’t like I would recommend this hotel. "

"This is an average property. Def not luxury. Rough scratch towels and only a few of them. Furnishings were modest. Home needed painting, cupboards and amenities just average. The pool photo’s made it look like luxury. The check in process was not smooth. We were sent two messages about a hidden key, instead there was a lock box. After reaching out we were informed of lockbox and code. Keys were old, locks needed graphite. Very uncomfortable for a woman alone btw. Still, the place...
