The room was reasonably clean. We booked this hotel because it had a shuttle, but after booking, we were told it didn't run 24 hours. As an airport hotel, this was a bit surprising. Our Uber was around $23.00 one way. Upon check in, we did let the staff member that we would require the shuttle in the morning. He didn't let us know that it had to be booked. The morning staff were able to call the shuttle driver. I would consider staying again if my flights were not during times when the shuttle wasn't running.

The outside of the room door was super dirty and falling apart there was suspicious looking dark stuff (black mold looking) in the cracks of the bathroom sink counter the door on my second visit wouldn’t open at all had to walk back to the front desk and use her main fob while my take out after a long travel day was getting cold 9:30pm at night. I could go on but that’s enough for now………….

Staffs are friendly, Airport Shuttle is on time, Breakfast meal is included. but… the room is awful, sadly the one i had wasn’t nice. the door was missing the door viewer so i had to stuffed it with tissue for protection. the walls, furnitures, and everything in room was cracking/cracked - they said they are going to renovate it, they should not let the customers rent that kind of room if it’s going for repairs. the bed wasn’t smell clean, carpet/floors are dirty. toiletries are limited, no hair dryer. bathtub doesn’t drain by itself, need to lift the drainer manually as it is plugged tightly. the parking ceiling is so low, unfortunately my car got scratched because it hits the ceiling. if you have a small car then it should be fine but if you have a SUV or Van - it will be a problem as the parking is tight.

The property is very run down. Pillows are old. The toilet was terrible. Very slow to flush. Shower pressure non existent. Aside from one young man at reception, the staff were very unprofessional. Borderline rude. We spent $300 for one night. The shuttle from YVR was on time and the driver was curtious.
