"Very spacious flat and terrace. The beds were reasonably comfortable. There kitchen area is very basic and there were no soap, washing up liquid, sponges, drying rack/tea towels. Shampoo and shower gel provided but no conditioner. Had to clean the flat in the end with vacuum and cleaning utensils provided by reception, which only works for a couple of hours in the morning and evening. This was checked very quickly and efficiently. "

"I stayed here in Vaujany for a GFNY Alpes Vaujany Bike Race. The staff was gracious and friendly. It's not a large hotel and I felt like I was at home. Evening meals were delicious and breakfast each morning fresh."

Kids bedroom with no windows and had black mold on the ceiling There was also no window in the bathroom and extractor fan did not work, so also had black mold Toilet sink had come away from wall, the shelf was propped up with bits of paper The kitchen had kick boards missing, the fridge didn’t work properly and was generally old and tired looking The second night (Sunday) there was a big party in the room...

"All I can say is absolutely amazing! I had a problem with a booking from another hotel and walked in trying to get a room for the week. The receptionist couldn’t do enough to help me, loved my stay here and if I’m ever back I will definitely return, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. "
