"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"Not a great experience. They never replied to my emails asking about facilities. Confirmation and T&C's only sent to me on day of arrival. It only took 5 hours for someone to give us a key to get in. Oh and don't forget to take your own cups and glasses to make up for what's missing. It's a great shame as if some effort was made it would be a great base for a cheap getaway. "

"Nous avons passé un bon séjour, dans cette maison d’apparence extérieure et chalet à l’intérieur !!! Nous étions 16 : 8 adultes et 8 enfants de 14 à 5 ans . "Amé la estancia, el hotel no puede estar en mejor ubicación justo frente de las estaciones de ski con unas vistas preciosas desde la habitación y cualquier punto del hotel, y con servicio de transfer a las pistas. "Loved our stay. Reserved a 1 bedroom for myself, wife and 2 teenage daughters. Got a room with an extra 1/2 bathroom which was nice. The room was clean, roomy enough and nice. Kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast. Supermarket across the street. Excellent restaurant across the street for dinner. Ski rental next door as well. Not much else within walking distance. Shuttle to Grau Roig ski area was very convenient. Spa was really nice. Indoor and outdoor hot tub, Sauna, steam room and cold plunge were very pleasant after skiing. Would stay here again. Offered indoor (very tight) parking if needed. Narrowly managed a Mazda CX30. Don’t know how a bigger car can make it! Only thing I wish I knew was that Andorra has major elevation changes in just a short distance. The hotel is at about 6600 feet and you need chains or socks for your wheels if you want to make it during any snow. Great place to stay and we were very happy here. Elena and Darturo (I think… sorry if I got that wrong) were great help. "

Great hotel in the centre of Ordino

"The hotel is perfectly located near to the centre of Ordino. It is an older hotel and therefore don’t expect ultra modern, but it is very clean and comfortable, the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. the only thing that lets it down is the acoustics, we could hear the Roomes either side and above, although this didn’t disturb our sleep. "
