Stairs throughout all floors. Comfortable seating area, outside the hotel rooms, good WiFi reception, enjoyed my stay here. Right next to the regular boat stop, cross the Rialto bridge to get the water taxi alliguna though and it’s 18 euro one way, very good boat service . "
