"A great location just a few yards from Accademia. The room, on the first floor of a multi -floor residence, is clean and quiet & the facilities adequate. There’s a pretty common room on the next floor with a refrigerator. There are other guest rooms on the top floors. Pros: for Venice, a good price. Cons: it was unseasonably warm in Venice so the room was stuffy, but when we opened the window, we were bothered by mosquitoes."

"The entire island of Venice was accessible from our location. We walked over 10,000 steps each day as an adventure to see all the shops and tourist sites. Our hotel was easy walking distance for at least 20 different restaurants. Entire house staff for this location were awesome. They were open for 24 hours to give directions and house clean."

"Traveling to Europe with a party of 9 can be challenging, especially when it comes to accomodations. When we found a place that had enough beds for all 9 of us in Venice we booked. We were expecting a medium sized apartment like we had in Rome and Florence, that while a bit tight they worked wonderfully. When we opened the door to Riva Palace we were shocked! "The location of this property is ideal and the views down to the canals are unbeatable. The rooftop dining table was an added bonus . The apartment is very quiet and was very clean. Like most of Venice you have to go up two flights of stairs. tootstairs"

"Great location and easy access. The apartment right in the middle of center of Venice with easy access to all sightseeing. There is pier in 3 mins from the place, if you arrive by water taxi. We also liked restarants and shopping around the apartment. "
