"Fabulous stay for a magical Christmas weekend in Venice. The Hotel is in a great location just minutes from the Rialto boat stop, making it easily accessible from the airport. The room was very comfortable and well equipped, there’s a nice bar area in the hotel and breakfast was ample and very varied. It’s great to watch people float by in gondola’s as you tuck in! The staff are very friendly and helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "

From the minute the water taxi drop is off in front of the hotel Arsam was there with a big welcome smile greering us and help us with the many bags. In the morning the 2 ladies that serve breakfast is very friendly accomodating and helpful! All the ladies at the desk and Marco are so nice!Everything is amazing here.
